I hope this finds you well.
I have learned a few things after seeking to change the tuning keys on my BAN 7E.
Please kindly inform the Bromo team that the Grover keys do not fit the 7E. The Grovers that I purchased had to be sent back because they are “collared” tuners. To install any collared tuners on the Bromo, the luthier must drill a larger hole. Unless Grover sells a non-collared tuner—which I didn’t find—no one with a 7E will be able to install Grovers without a larger hole.
Kluson 3+3 Locking Revolution Series G-Mount Non-Collared Tuners fit perfectly without having to drill larger holes in the headstock.
I replaced the originals with the Kluson Revolution keys with no problems.
Please tell any of your 7E customers that if they want new tuners, Kluson NON-COLLARED work well. Grovers will not fit without drilling larger holes in the headstock to accommodate the “collars.”
Hope this is helpful.

Question: Where are Bromo Guitars made?
Answer: Bromo guitars are made in Indonesia
Question:How do I change the battery on my Acoustic Electric Bromo guitar?
Answer: Yes bromo models with "E" or "CE" in the suffix are acoustic / electric models and have a battery. The battery is located near the jack where the cord is plugged in see photo.
The battery type is 9v. Please be sure to orient the batter such at the larger terminal matches up with the larger slot (see photo). Note that the pickup is activated when the cord is plugged in, so be sure to unplug the cord after each use to prevent battery drain.
