  • Designed based on specifications requested by our customers.
  • Double cutaway, light weight, mahogany, arch top body.
  • Cepheus Passive Pickups Humbucker pickups help reduce hum and noise and offer superior performance by giving a thicker, fuller sound than single coils. Humbuckers also create a much larger magnetic field, which helps eliminate dead spots and increases overall power of the pickup.
  • 28 5/8" scale, 5 piece, set neck body design! The sturdy set neck construction allows easier access to upper frets, provides greater sustain, and keeps the instrument in tune longer.
  • Cepheus high mass extended range fixed bridge, which offers the saddle for the widest range of tunings and non-standard string gauges.
  • Ebony fretboard with no markers. In response to the popular request of customers, position markers are located on the side of the neck.
  • Adjustable truss rod in neck to offset alterations caused by changes in humidity, temperature, or new strings.
  • 24 jumbo 2.9 mm frets, a 16" radius neck, and a uniform neck profile for ultra fast play!

    Customer Comments:

One of the main reasons I bought this guitar was for playing very low downtuned songs without losing very much range, as well as more technically challenging music that incorporates the extra range this guitar offers.... Because of my particular liking to fixed bridges, Ebony fretboards, and a (low) price difference , this was the guitar for me. ...is certainly a great buy for anyone deciding to venture into ERG territory and wants something that can deliver playability and tone - Ultimate Guitar

Hi Kurt. I just received my guitar (& case) yesterday (order 218717) & I wanted to thank you, first of all. It's rare to come across companies these days that do such diligent work. The processing/shipping time was impressive & much appreciated. You don't know how much it means to me when I order something I'm anticipating so badly & it's processed & shipped out the same afternoon I placed the order. Great communication as well! As for the Septor Elite, I'm practically speechless. I was expecting it to be nice but wow, it floored me. The price I paid, well I feel like I practically stole it considering what I got in return. I've played and owned multi-thousand dollar guitars of all shapes, sizes, & string configurations over my 15+ years of playing so I recognize & appreciate quality when I see it. Let me be the first to say, my Septor Elite was made in S Korea & I'm damn proud of it! The build specs on this thing are nothing short of incredible & rival most American made guitars I've played. It's absolutely gorgeous, just STUNNING, SEXY! The materials, the craftsmanship, the level of expertise that went into making this guitar....man I just couldn't be happier. I'm glad I took a chance on Agile & RondoMusic. I didn't know much about either but now I feel like I know all I need to know. Amazing products, service, & it didn't break my bank. What else could anyone ask for? You have a new customer for life in me. Anyone I know that's looking for a new guitar, I'm going to recommend Rondo & Agile first! If they don't believe me, they will after they play my guitar. P.S......I'd like my feedback to be seen by as many people as possible, especially those that are considering purchasing one of your guitars. So, please post this on your customer comments section so people know the truth! Besides, you could use some more "current" reviews on your site :) Thanks again, you haven't heard the last from me.
    Sincerely,
    Cody Frye

Overall Impression: I'm pretty picky when it comes to guitars. I've been playing guitar for 9 years now, and all my other guitars are super customized to my preferences. This is the first guitar that I've played that I really wouldn't change much on. For the price, it's a steal. I've played guitars nearly double its price tag that don't compete. I never thought I would get an 8 string. I've always been interested in 7's but the idea of an 8 string was just preposterous to me... Until I played a Schecter Blackjack 8 in a guitar store one day. I had to choose between this guitar and the Blackjack and I'm very pleased with my purchase. This is the best gamble I've ever made, I've never played this guitar or an Agile before purchasing it, but after reading amazing reviews on Agiles from the people of ss.org I couldn't resist. If you're thinking about expanding your range to an 8 string (please don't just do it for chugging the low F# that's why we have Baritone 7's... I know its fun but come on guys) then Agile is definitely a great option, unless you can afford Custom luther brands, in which case look into Siggery, Ran, Strandberg, Mayones, Blackmachine (Although I don't think they're making anymore), a Bernie Rico Jr or any of those guitars that my budget won't let me own... but I want. Thanks for reading my review I know it was quite long but hopefully you got something out of it.

Question: What is the difference between the Septor Pro and the Septor Elite?
Answer: The Septor Pro has the Cepheus TOM bridge with graphite saddles and staggered string-through holes for improved intonation. The Septor Elite has the Cepheus high mass extended range fixed bridge, which offers the saddle for the widest range of tunings and non-standard string gauges. Both bridges are excellent and offer ultra-fine tuning. Choosing which bridge is for you is simply a matter of preference.

Question: What is the difference between the Septor 725, Septor 727, and the Septor 728?
Answer: The scale length for the Septor 725 has the standard scale length of 25 1/2 inches. The Septor 727 has the extended scale length of 27". The Septor 728 has even a longer scale length of 28 5/8". The longer the scale length is, the more extra low notes there are that can be played.
