When paying via credit card, express shipments and orders over $100 must ship to the billing address for new customers.
Consider paying with PayPal to ship to an alternate address.

Orders shipped outside the USA have no warranty and are not refundable. Guitars shipping outside the 48 contiguous states are required to order a hard case and must provide a phone number.

Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days (Assuming it is not an "Advanced Order Item" in which case the ship date will be in the item description). The delivery date for your package will depend upon your location and the shipping option you choose.

Ground and Express orders are shipped via UPS and Fedex therefore we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Note that "3 Day", "2nd Day", and "Next Day" express options refer only to "business days" and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. See UPS and Fed Ex web sites for details.

Note that UPS will not guarantee delivery times for packages longer than 47" (all bass guitars and most guitars who's scale>25.5")

Customers ordering outside the USA and Canada are also responsible for paying their own customs duty / VAT. For Canadian customers: Your duty and brokerage are included in the shipping price. All prices are in USA dollars.

Pennsylvania sales or use tax may be due in connection with the purchase and delivery of tangible personal property to Pennsylvania individuals and businesses.
